2. Score Your Assessment:
   • Complete the checklist and tally your score. Each checked box represents 1 point.
3. Interpret Your Score:
   • Use the rating system provided in the checklist to understand where your agency stands:
     • 31-36 Points: Excellent - Your staffing agency is performing exceptionally well. Keep up the good work, but consider partnering with SBG Consulting to maintain your success and address any minor issues.
     • 22-30 Points: Good - Your staffing agency is on the right track but has some room for improvement. SBG Consulting can help you address gaps and achieve greater success.
     • 13-21 Points: Fair - Your staffing agency has made progress but needs significant improvement. Partnering with SBG Consulting can help you develop a targeted action plan to enhance your performance.
     • 0-12 Points: Needs Improvement - Your staffing agency faces several challenges. It’s time to take action and seek expert guidance from SBG Consulting to unlock your agency’s full potential.
4. Develop an Action Plan:
   • Based on your assessment, create a detailed action plan to address the areas needing improvement. Prioritize the most critical issues and set clear, achievable goals.
5. Implement and Monitor:
   • Put your action plan into motion. Regularly monitor your progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
